Honda Launches NX500 Adventure Bike in Indonesia With E-Clutch
Astra Honda Motor officially launched the NX500 adventure motorcycle in Indonesia at an on-the-road Jakarta price of Rp230 million. It is powered by a 471cc parallel-twin engine producing 37.1 kW (about 49.7 hp) at 8,500 rpm and 44.7 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed transmission. The bike features Honda's E-Clutch system, which automates clutch operation during starts, gear changes and stops while still allowing manual override, plus a 5-inch TFT display integrated with Honda RoadSync. Safety features include Honda Selectable Torque Control and an Emergency Stop Signal that flashes the turn signals under hard braking.
