MotoGP Bans Front Holeshot Devices, Effective Immediately Following Accidents

Banning a device manufacturers poured development money into, effective immediately, that's gonna cause friction.

If it brings back the raw battle at the start, it might actually make things more watchable.

There was no such device in the old days, so in a way it's returning to the roots.

Only the front ride-height device gets banned, right? So the rear one stays?

It says the start becomes 30km/h slower, but I'm skeptical whether that actually makes it safer.
